Introduction to coaching – what it means to me
As we navigate this complex journey of life, we are often faced with challenges and roadblocks. However, life is made of choices, and once we realise that we have the power in our own hands, we become unstoppable. Needless to say that change in this lifetime is inevitable and necessary, and so are life transitions.
Having had transitions myself from an early age but no one to turn to, I wanted to bring to my coaching practice something genuine. Something that resonated with me and could resonate with others. I wanted to bring the kind of support I wish I had when I was going through my own transitions. I believe that, no matter the transition we go through or the decisions we make, the embrace of change, and the willingness to take risks are key ingredients for a life well-lived. What is equally as important, however, is the kind of support you get along the way, and the quality of that support. With coaching, you get to decide what you want your life to look like and how to get there. With coaching, the journey to your self-discovery will be challenging but exciting, and very much rewarding!
My coaching is tailored for anyone going through life transitions, big or small. In my sessions, I support my clients by giving them the time and space they need to process things. I will be listening to you, evoking your deepest awareness, and reflecting back to you that which you show me. My coaching will help you tap into your best self or future self, helping you see your strengths and your potential. I will also encourage you to appreciate your wins and the small things in life. Self-discovery is yours only, and is a journey worth pursuing!
